Trojan or keylogger?

I am getting alerts from my firewall about something trying to send outgoing "system" info to an i.p. I'va attached an image showing the alert.
Spybot does not find this problem.
I can attach more files if you tell me what you need to know.

ISP is earthlink

Earthlink is my ISP and the IP belongs to them.

I wrote them and called them 3 times and the IP is still live.
