TrojanDownloader.xs

I have a TrojanDownloader.xs on my computer and Spybot does not detect it. This Trojan keep prompting me to buy PC-antivirus program as my computer is infected according to them.
How can I delete this trojan from my computer??
I run AVG antivirus, AVG Anti-spyware and AD-aware. Non of them detect this trojan.
