Trojans, weird sounds, weird things.

My room mate's computer has been acting extremely odd.

first there is a exe file that I for the life of me cannot find.

xccef09131.exe

secondly, the computer will play random sounds or noises.

Thirdly, i have scanned with Spybot, AVG, Ad-aware AE, I have found several trojans and removed them, tracking cookies and other forms of malware. but the thing of it is, I keep finding them after i clear them which to me suggests there is something that is still on the system downloading new copies of all this trojans.

the trojans i've removed had infected IE so i had to remove that. I am trying to save this image, but I am pretty close to just nuking the harddrive with a format and reinstall windows, but i would like to see if i can try a fix before i have to resort to that.

I am at wits end, and can't seem to think of anything else to try.
