Can spybot detect Trojans? I recently ran another program called Spyhunter and it detected several trojans and other malicious things and spybot has not spotted them...Should i be concerned? please help...

To see Spybot-S&D's Trojan detections:
Open Spybot > Mode > Advanced > Settings > Ignore products > Trojans.
