Trouble downloading Spybot

I just got a new pc and am trying to download Spybot. I used it on my other computer and liked it. For some reason I cannot get past an error message telling me that the file is corrupted. What am I doing wrong?

Am using Dell Dimension C521 WinXP.

Any help and/or advice would be most appreciated.

Are you downloading from one of those sites?

Is the file size of the downloaded spybotsd14.exe file:

Yes, I was using one of those sites and the md5 matched. I couldn't find the byte size other than 4.80 mg. I tried it again and it worked; I don't know why it wouldn't download the other times I tried. I think my computer is trying to make me look like a fool and I can do that on my own.
