Trouble - Newbie

I'm new to Spybot. A friend at work suggested this when I got a spyware into my computer. So after it ran and fix things it wanted to rebot. I did then it started up again and I didn't want to so I rebot my computer again and my system ran fine but the command screen keep popping up lots of times. So my question dose the command screen popping up multiple times always do that each time I start my computer?

Could you take a screen shot of the command screen you are talking about?

Additionally, when spybot prompts you to restart to help remove an infection, it will not keep popping up after you restart your computer for the second time and thereafter. It will only ever pop up if you tell the program to remove an infection upon the next restart.

Never mind

Okay it's not happening again after I had Norton fix 15 problems in my registry that Spybot got rid of. And I figured out how to set Spybot to not start when I start my computer.
