Trouble with SmitFraud

Hello,

I am having a hard time getting rid of smitfraud, it keeps popping back in, and launching anti-spyware popups at random times.

I have instructions about hijackthis, but I'm not sure where to proceed, I started with a scan, and saved this log file which I will attach.

Please assist Thanks much!!!

There is something flashing right above my start button, I don't know if it's related or not, but it's also an annoyance
