Turn off auto

If you mean the automatic updates,scheduled scan,etc.,then to remove anything automated in Spybot 2.0,you'd have to open Spybot,checkmark Advanced Mode,click Settings,go to the Schedule tab,and remove anything scheduled that you did not want automated.
