Turning on TeaTimer?

How do I verify that I have the TeaTimer feature of Spybot turned on and running?

Go into Windows Task Manager > Processes tab > look for TeaTimer.exe.

Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode (say "Yes" to the warning if necessary) > Tools > Resident

  Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
