Unable to Access Safer-Networking.org

hey guys

ive been using Spybot S&D for more than 2 1/2 years now and im loving the results im getting =]

But sadly now im unable to access http://safer-networking.org for some strange reason...Also i cannot install Spybot

My ip address changes like every month or so

im using Verzion Online DSL at 7.1 MBPS. my ip address is 96.246.218.110 for now.

P.S i dont know if a topic like this was answered yet so soz if it was answered please show me the link

EDIT: I am able to access http://89.238.64.39/en/spybotsd/index.html but not http://safer-networking.org

Can you produce a HJT log as shown in this thread: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
If so, please copy paste the log into a new topic you would start in the Malware Removal Forum

HijackThis wont Start up for some odd reason...

i dont have my laptop so i cant do this =\

1. Upload HJT to infected machine
2. Place HJT into own folder
3. Run HJT on the infected PC and post the log you produce using the clean PC.

i cant do the part with the clean pc
