Unable to install Correctly or Use SpybotSD160

Hi Guys
Have just downloaded and tried to install and run SD160, however the following install fault comes up "CreatProcess failed: code 740, operation requires elevation" and when I try and use Sd it tell me to update before use, when I try to update, tells no new update avail. Have tryed to master including screen prints but seems I am doing something wrong.
Another problem is when I try and open links on the forum redirects to a totally unrelated site.

that got me past that particular hurdle but when I press :check for problems" in SD comes up with "you need to install the detection updates first by using the integrated or manual updater", tried all that but to no avail. Not actually sure which is the manual updater though.

Alright, there would be a button in Spybot-Search&Destroy's main screen.
  • Check for Problems
  • Recovery
  • Search for Updates

The third button should do it.
 
Hi Again
Tried every iteration of 'Update', it connects, scans and comes back with 'no updates available' press 'check for problems' and go round in the same circle.
