Unable to remove purityscan..help!

I've been infected with purityscan and unable to remove it...

I am currently using Symantec Antivirus, Ad Aware and Win Patrol.

I forgot to mention that PurityScan would lag my computer. I'm not entirely sure if it really is purityscan...but sometimes when I would use the computer, huge lag would appear and when I check my processes I noticed that "explorer.exe" would be using up to 99% of CPU. The only way for it to return to normal is to restart the pc, but the same issue would occur again.
 
Hi norgeass and welcome to the Forums :)

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
