Unattended Scan; Duplicate Updates?

I have been running Spybot S&D for years from an unattended script. Currently using v1.6 with the following command line:

SpybotSD.exe /autoupdate /autoimmunize /autocheck /autofix /autoclose

Today the scan is running with the counter currently at 238597/175236 and has been scanning virtumonde.sdn for the past 30 minutes.

Anybody have any thoughts on how the running totals is greater then the number in the database?

I have no idea what actually causes the discrepancy when running with /autoupdate /autocheck. Speculating, it looks like the old scan count is retained even after the /autoupdate with that combination.

Scan counts (Spyware check without usage tracks or beta updates):

2008-07-16 = 175236
2008-07-23 = 267743
2008-07-30 = 260181
