Hi can someone help, I have 3 viruses that I can not get rid of. Adserver.com comes up in browser & will not allow you to go to any other page. ie.explore.exe is being blocked by Spyware Doctor, but it pops up every few minutes. Cryp tap is detected by trend but will not allow me to do anything with it. Then Spybot S&D doesn't detect any of this!! how can i fix these problems???

hello 
please reboot and enter safe mode by hitting f8 while windows loads. select safe mode with the arrow keys or your computer and do full scans with your antiviruis and antispyware scans. Remove anything that is found. If this doesnt solve the prob, or it doesn't work...please post here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22

ya the link i gave sent him to the malware forums. But i should have included the directions with the malware forum. lol i believe between the 2 of us we will have him covered. thanx 4 adding the (rules) directions for that forum :bigthumb:
