Unecrypted Connection downloading Spybot from safer-networking links below!

I came across this when trying to download spybot using Google Chrome

These links sent me to a un-encrypted connection, and asked me if I wanted to proceed with caution... Just thought I should bring it up to you guy's about it... I know it's safe but wanted to bring it to your attention.

https://updates3.safer-networking.org/spybot1/spybotsd-2.6.46.exe
and
https://updates4.safer-networking.org/spybot1/spybotsd-2.6.46.exe

I don't have any browser add-ons, except for LastPass and I have Eset Internet Security, which shouldn't conflict with me having a unencrypted connection to the download server, the last updates2 just took me straight to the .exe without a issue, but the other 2 gave me a unencrypted connection to the server.

I have not been able to reproduce an unencrypted connection alert using Firefox.

Installation file won't open

I just renewed my subscription and the installation file won't open. I tried to open the old one but it insists I need to purchase as it's expired. The money is out of my acct so now what? Thanks in advance. I appreciate your help.

When you try to open the file are you doing so with Administrator account permissions?
