Uninstall bug

I can't post a bug in the Bugs & feature requests subforum, so I will post here.

There is a bug regarding the uninstallation of Spybot S&D. If I have the resident shield (TeaTimer) enabled and uninstall, after a restart, the shield is still there, starting with Windows.

Spybot S&D 1.6.0.30
Windows Vista SP1 x86

I don't know whether the uninstaller is supposed to take care of that, but the fail safe procedure, before uninstall of Spybot is to go in advanced mode, Tools tab, resident, uncheck Teatimer there (also uncheck SDhelper there and undo immunize for complete Spybot removal). Then uninstall Spybot.
