Unkown Viruses

I clicked on a movie link , than it said i had to download the missing objects to windows media player , so i did than installed than it became vrius, Spybot SD Won't search it , it's called Video AX Object and SpyLocked 3.6 , it won't go away

I'm scanning everytime

I don't know what to do , it's running in my proccess list , when i try to undo the proccess it starts again

Can someone please helpe me out?
