Hi,

I don't know which web-site (not by email) was placing this advertising software, but since yesterday I always have after every third or forth web-site visit unwanted openings of my internet explorer with advertising. I was able to locate the malicious software in my registry, but don't know where is the executable

Here is the web-address of the manufacturer of the software

hxxp://www.azjmp.com

If new requests are sent to a web-server a new internet explorer may be openen with that url: hxxp://c.azjmp.com/az/ch.php?

I also added the registry entries I found. Unfortunately I don't know how to remove that advertiser. Does anybody can help me.

What is very frustrating, I have Antivirus, and even 2 hardware firewalls, but the web-site was able to placing malicious software on my pc.

It is an activex

I detected an 'unknown' activex in my browser. Here it's data:

ID: {DAB941D8-BC94-4819-AB4D-5598C65FA3FE}
Codebase: hxxp://gpstool.globaladserver.com/v30/gpstool.cab
Created: 20.8.2004 13:28
Size: 4096

Hope it's enough when I remove it.

Regards
