Update - Detection Rules:Supplemental

I have SpyBot SD version 1.6.2. on Windows XP.
When I try to update virus definitions (Detection Rules:Supplemental) I am getting Bad Checksum repeatedly.
What should I do?:sad:

I have tried many mirrors. On each I am getting the bad check sum message.
What shall I do?
