Updated startup entry descriptions

This category appears after I have run the box for updates. What does this mean & is it necessary to update also?

When you switch Spybot to advanced mode,then go to Tools,you can select System Startup,and it will show you the programs that are started at Windows startup.If you click on one of the startup entries with your mouse to highlight it,then click the toolbar to the right,most startup entries have a brief description of what they are,etc.
That is what that update is most likely for.
