It's ironic because some users attempt to update (and maybe ask for help how to [patch/secure]) their OS when their version is pirated (possibly infected). What is the point when you could be infected already?
Edit: And to add on... Please do us a favor by purchasing a legal version copy of Windows because your pirated PC could possibly be in a botnet (sending spam and malware to others).

microsoft will be glad if you tell them....
if you bought your computer from someone and it turned out to be illegal, or you unknowingly installed a illegal version of windows, contact Microsoft. They will help you out, and assist you in getting a legal version. Don't be afraid to contact them. There are also cases where your computer will say its illegal, and it really is a legit version. The tool might not have validated you correctly.

By the way, while we do not help people with illegal software, I don't think you would post here if you were truly smart enough to install a illegal copy anyway. If you have installed a illegal version on purpose, then obviously we cannot help you.
I believe drragostea should have asked more questions. In any rate though, let us know what is going on, did just one day you started getting the illegal or non genuine messages out of nowhere? More information would be useful.

Maybe you download proof_software from the microsoft-servers automatically, but if not the ystem would be up to date afterwards - this would be good for every computer who is in contact with yours 
If this is no game but because of very small budget - what about OpenSource?
E.g. Ubuntu(com) is really easy to install and use - and the software is updated nearly every day.?
