I'm having a problem with my uploading being over 200 GB per month, my provider said that it could be a virus causing this to happen. I posted about this earlier and got a response about my HJT log...

I'm getting an error message on HJT...it's not allowing me to save a new log, only the one I previously posted (and didn't realize it was an old one! oops!)

Am I doing something wrong or is it a virus preventing me from using HJT? I downloaded and installed the new version but I'm still having the same problem.

Then start a new topic, copy paste the DDS log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.

From the FAQ,
"If the infection prevents DDS from running, please start a topic anyway and make note of the situation. Don't post other logs. :)"

Have you tried to download and run DDS to produce a log?
