Using Spybot

I have been using spybot for quite som etime.

I have however recently had a PC crash and had to rebuild everything again. But all is now up and running again.

I have installed and religiously update Spybot.

I ran a check this afternoon and found the following items as problems:
7FaSst
Zedo
CurePCSolutions
TagASaurus.

How di I use Spybot to get rid of them permanently?
