i have run spbot seach and destroy and this keepscoming up. i select fix and it says it is cleaned but on the next run it shows up again. i have had no success online.

Hello dutchie,

Did you elevate permissions in Spybot? To do so right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu, instead of just left-clicking to start it.
Choose Run as administrator from the context menu.

For someone to take a look at the system please start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer analyst will advise.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide FRST and aswMBR logs, which are used in the preliminary analysis..
