Hi there,

It appears that whatever this is hitched a ride with the "EZ" youtube downloader plug-in I installed through Cnet (I thought they were better about screening that sort of thing?). I always make sure to uncheck everything during the install process, but didn't stop it this time. Also looks like it may be affiliated with a process called Spigot??? Very little useful information out there via normal Google searches. Just when I think I've got it beat, it will suddenly show up again!

Same issue

I can also use help on this. I have deleted this all the way down to the registry and it still pops up after a reboot. Spybot didn't work along with everything else.
