vbs/solow-a unable to remove

Good day! can somebody help me how to remove this type of malware(vbs/solow-a)? it creates registry file that can automatically run everytime the system boots up. It can't be detected by spybot-sd. My antivirus can detect it but cannot remove or even delete it even in safemode.
