Not sure if this will help you or not, I use 32 bit windows 7 home premium; and the latest version of spybot available (besides betas) and it works just fine. I would imagine they also have a 64 bit version, but I am not sure where. Maybe during the installation it will detect you have 64 bit? I really have no idea other then that, hope that helps somewhat.
