Virtumonde and SOOOO many other problems...

Several AV scans (ZoneAlarm Security Suite) today immediately show 2 'infections' - Memory: not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Virtumonde.iu.
and
Memory: not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Virtumonde.jp
which it promises to delete upon reboot, but hasn't.

I have tried other online downloads, including Windows Security updates, Spybot but each time the page disappears, leaving a blank page except for the term 'this item is blocked'

I am simply a hobby/ebay computer user, so all this is exceptionally annoying, confusing and overwhelming :sad: thus any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I am sorry - I should've said. I tried to download but again get a near-blank page stating only 'this object has been blocked'

Not much we can do to help until you follow the directions, at the very least I need a HJT log. Is this your computer? Sounds like something on the computer is blocking you which would have to do with your own settings. I suggest you ask someone with more computer experience to lend you a hand.
From your description, this is at the least a Vundo infection and it is not going to go away by itself.
