Virtumonde etc

Hi, Am running Vista Home Premium which was infected by Virtumonde.Dll which Spybot couldn't remove permanently. Eventually removed with Malawarebytes & Superantispyware, but when rescanned with Spybot S&D 1.6.2, progress bar shows Virtumonde.Dll, Vitumonde.sdn, Virtumonde.sdi, Smitfraud & possibly other bugs that I didn't notice. However, at conclusion of scan, Problem box says "Congrats, there are no problems". My question is, do I have a clean laptop or not. It does seem to be running ok.
