Virtumonde.generic removal

Hello!
Will you please help me remove Virtumonde.generic from my computer. I have very little experience with computer maintenace; however I was able to use Spybot S&D to remove several viruses from my computer. This is the only threat that remains, and I have absolutely no idea, as to how to go about removing it. Thanks so much for your assistance. - aweekes
