virtumonde help please

i just got a virtumonde virus and this thing keeps on popping up saying you have spyware please attend to it when i clearly know it is a virus.

I tried destroying the virus with AVG and spybot but nothing comes to avail. I tried this in safe made and still the thing keeps on coming up.

When i destroyed it in safe mode and normal mode it comes back with avengance.

anyhelp would be great thanks

other programs like virtumundo be gone and vundo fix have also not worked.

i have also deleted some of my registry keys and they have also not worked.

any help would be great thanks
