Virtumonde infection

Um, No...I never have opened the laptop case other than a small part in the back to upgrade memory but as to take it all off the laptop and clean it off i have never done it
 
Ah, it's laptop.

I recommend that you in that case let some people in store look if hardware and fans work properly.
 
I just cheke the tempture again its at 178 F and i know the ans are working because i can hear them.

Mayb if i raised it off the table and put something under it to keep it susended in air or even a laptop cooler should help right?
 
Yes you can try that.

If it doesn't help, it is most likely some other hardware related issues.
 
Now its 156 F....I think i need to get a laptop cooler for it or just keep it off a solid surface.

I upgraded the ram sometime ago,Does tha not help it keep it from heating up to much as well?
