Virtumonde, please help

Just installed Spybot & ran it. Watched as it showed it was scanning VIRTUMONDE. sci/.sdn/.dll/.prx, etc. At the end of the scan, it said congrats, nothing was found.
Once before I had this virus/trojan and it cost an arm & leg to get rid of it.
I am presantly "between jobs" and HAVE to fix this myself this time.
Please HELP. Why did Spybot NOT pick this up?

I don't understand alot of the computer "jargon", please keep it simple.

Hello SecretStorm,

During the running of a Spybot scan ("Check for problems") the status bar in the lower left hand corner of the screen shows what Spybot-S&D is checking for. It does not mean that these items are on your PC.

When the scan completes the results are displayed and in your case, as described, no threats were found.
