Virtumonde Problem

My (Other) computer has the Virtumonde trojan.
Please help. :hair:
It has no connection to the internet, don't ever use internet on it. Somehow I got infected and just need help on removing it.
Help would be much appreciated and removal would be awesome. Thanks
