virtumonde.prx help

Hi,

My Spybot S&D keeps picking up virtumonde.prx. I had a Trojan Vundo about a week ago which I think has been cleaned off. I do not get any pop ups but typing an address in my IE explorer bar is incredibly slow as is typing in the "google" search field.


Help!!!
