Virtumonde.prx & now sci???

I am obviously computer challenged. I have tried everything that I know to get rid of this virus. It keeps coming back. Now it has an sci???....
Help....Someone walk me through this....I'm getting to old for this:thanks:

If you can't get rid of Virtumonde with Spybot or other Anti-Malware tools, you should read the thread "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) from tashi. After that, you can open your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum, where an analyst will help you as soon as possible.
