virus alert in task bar

someone please help in my task bar i have a little blinking icon that says virus alert.. ive tried windows defender, & norton antivirus, ad-aware.. ive also located hijack this and posted the following from it

Hm, sounds like a variant of the Smitfraud-C. malware. Did Spybot find something like Smitfraud or PSGuard at your system?
