virus detected

Hi can anyone help my computer has a virus of some sort ran spybot search and destroy but it could not clean it I also have Mcafee and it also cant get rid of it.Some help would be much appreciated and a donation will be sent

Can you produce a HJT log as shown here: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

If so please start a new topic and copy paste it into that.
