Virus or Malware ... Please advise how to get rid of them.

My situation is that

1. My PC (browsers IE & Firefox) cannot access any online scanner. I wish to do this to scan my PC. My current AVIRA Anti-Virus seemed to be not working at all.

2. Tried to reboot and go SAFE MODE but I cannot. Every time I choose SAFE MODE, the PC keeps rebooting.

3. Inside Windows, I cannot RUN "MSCONFIG".

4. Using my Yahoo Account, I cannot attach files to my e-mail.

5. My directories are seemed locked. From any MS Office application, I cannot move from the root directories (c: and d:) to sub-directories.

6. In the earlier stage of the problem, I initiated this RUN command > control sysdm.cpl Now I cannot restore my Restore Point.

7. Tried downloading AVG but cannot install them.

8. Tried downloading TrendMicro HijackThis but I cannot get access their website.

9. Any sites related for anti-virus, my browsers cannot access at all.


Would anyone have time to help me.

Am just new in this forum. And yes, I've been reading this Spybot Search & destroy but don't know how to download it. Pls help.

You can download our software here.

If you can't access our homepage then I would recommend
to download the installation and the update file on another computer,
copy these to a CD or USB stick and then install and run it on the infected computer:
Installation file
Update file

Hi! Sandra, I downloaded from another PC. But when I attach my USB, the infected PC "prevents" isntallation or scanning of Sysbot. any idea why is this happening.
