VirusBurst problem.. help me..

I get a little red circle icon with a dash through it in the bottom right windows bar, where all the icons show up indicating a program is running or whatever. If I mouse over the icon it says: "Critical Error!". And every minute or so it pops up a message saying, "Critical System Error! System detected virus activities. They may cause critical system failure. Please, use antimalware software to clean and protect your system from parasite programs. Click this baloon to get all available software."

If I click the icon, it opens up my web browser (IE) and directs me to VirusBurst.com

I ran SpyBot several times and i'm still getting this popup.

How do I get rid of this? :sad:

1) This item >>> C:\WINDOWS\msnappm.exe I am fairly sure is bad, use one or more of these free online scans to find out if it is:

You will probably need to enable hidden files and folder:
How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Post the results for me to view.

2) I believe your Java program needs an update, this is a security risk, see this information:

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
