I am new to this but I have been using Spybot for a few years. I am having trouble removing Virus Heat. Can anybody help?

I am new to this but I have been using Spybot for a few years. I am having trouble removing Virus Heat. Can anybody help?

Could really use your help with this as I have been working on this for 12 hours and have no idea what I'm doing. I even bought new antivirus program with no help in site.
