When the install wizard starts it gets to the point of receiving status then times out on me. I redownloaded the program several times and still had the same problem. I reduced my Kaspersky security level to minimal thinking that it was being blocked. Still unable to install. What now Chief? I am open to suggestions. HELP! Thank you:clown:
