"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) gives a link to Trend Micro's version of HJT which is compatible with Vista.

As to our volunteers being able to work with infections on Vista, the ones who are will be the ones who offer assistance.

Of course, if deploying Vista as it was intended to be used, along with practicing safe hex, one might not have infections anyway. :
