Vondo/Virtumonde infection

I know a number of people have posted already on this and I have been doing some research. I run Spybot S&D, have MaAfee AV and also windows defender -- McAfee said it quaratined the trojan and Spybot found it but couldn't fix all of it.

My question is I am farily confident I could run Combofix, but do you recommended that I try it?

No. Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log
