Wants permission from administrator to continue fixing problems

We have a netbook which has viruses and malware...I ran spybot on it from the admin's signon but it wouldnt remove some of the malware unless permission from admin was received. How do I deal with this?

Right click on the spybot icon, and click on "Run as administrator". Now you'll get full permission, and you can do whatever you want.
