this error pops up every 4 minutes. any way to remove it? thanks mostly appreciated.

oop's the message got cut off it was
"warning! potential spyware operation! your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and internet files. run full scan now to prevent any unauthorized access to your files! click yes to download spyware remover"

oh and it is also restricting some stuff on my computer... and also making it hidden i think. =/
