So I tried the manual removal guide, and had no success in actually locating the files. I made sure to show all hidden files / folders and still had no luck. I am positive I have this installed on my computer (and I was NOT the one who installed it) because other less 'popular' anti-malware programs are detecting it.
Any personal help would be appreciated. I did not install this, and I do NOT want anyone getting ahold of my passwords or credit card information.
