What about spybotsd_plugins.exe?

I better explain myself.
I should perform a new installation of SB in Windows 95.
Once with SB 1.6.0 six files were needed or advisable: the plugins (spybotsd_plugins.exe) and the five files of http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/11.html
However after SB 1.6.2 surfing the SB website I no longer see references to Windows 95 and to those six files.
With SB 1.6.2 are those files still needed or advisable in my situation?
