What? Enter disk into E:?

After loading the newest version of S&D, After a few minutes its stops and a message pops up and says, Enter Disk into E:, you have to keep hitting continue to start to the scan again, And here comes again. Tried reloading a few times but still get the Message. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

have you tried uninstalling and then install again? Did you install spybot from a cd or downloaded the installer file from the Internet?
