What is MRU?

Hi everyone. What is MRU (a task)? And how do I set it? I want to also change the time frame on immunizations, but am unable to figure out the procedure to alter task times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
MRU is most recently used.

The scheduled task is to scan most recently used files in the background,when your computer is idle.
To set it,just click Add on the Schedule tab in Spybot's settings,then Apply and Ok.

To change the task time,on the Schedule tab in Spybot's settings,click edit beside Immunization,once task scheduler opens,click the arrow next to Task Scheduler library,then click the arrow next to Safer-Networking,click on the Spybot - Search & Destroy folder icon,doubleclick on the Refresh Immunization task,click the Triggers tab,then click Edit,you can adjust the time Refresh Immunization starts from there,then click Ok.
